Responsibilities
- Customer Requirement Analysis & Internal Communication:
Analyze and understand project-specific customer requirements or changes in the logistics module, prepare clear requirement documentation, and accurately communicate them to relevant functional departments within the project team.
- Logistics Solution Development & Bid Support:
Coordinate between international clients, internal project teams, and external suppliers to develop customized logistics solutions; provide professional cost analysis and quotation support.
- Project Phase Audits:
Participate in audit activities related to the logistics module according to customer requirements and project progress, ensuring milestones and quality standards are achieved.
- Process Optimization & Lean Management:
Identify inefficiencies in logistics processes from a lean perspective; promote optimization and set measurable targets to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- VMI Logistics & Customer Delivery Optimization:
Lead the handling of customer complaints related to Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI); continuously optimize delivery processes to prevent recurring issues.
- Material Deviation Handling:
Manage issues such as material shortages, incorrect shipments, and damages; coordinate timely communication and problem resolution.
- B2B System Operation:
Utilize internal EDI systems to transmit logistics and delivery information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Project Management or a related field;
- English level C1, German level B2 or above;
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and project management software;
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience;
- Solid knowledge of logistics and warehouse management.
