As Office Manager, you will support planning, organizing, and controlling all financial and operational aspects of the Company, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data that support Company’s processes.

Duties & Responsabilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Munich office.
- Be primary point-person for Munich office, provide phone/receptionist function, ensuring an accurate, efficient and polite service to external and internal users.
- Ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes and update manuals as needed.
- Process expense reports and manage staff travel arrangements.
- Assist with local event organization as needed.
- Collaborate with your team to integrate a supportive culture.
- Prepare local budget and forecast for international operation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable management
- Process income and expenditure.
- Partner with HR to support recruitment, orienting and onboarding new employees.
- Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree or field related professional training.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Software industry is desired.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple task in high activity, dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of financial systems, including accounting systems and budgetary control.
- Excellent communications and analytical skills.
- Fluent in German and English (Spanish will be a plus).
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team.
- Good command of Excel.
- Sympathy with and understanding of the world of Software.
